tossed around until I woke up, but I got in boxing mode once I got to the gym. Warmup jumping rope, full body stretch, and hitting the bag. These workouts have been tough…but it’s working. I already clocked in at a lesser weight than last week. 204.8 lbs, the goal for the week is to break between 202.5lbs and 201.5 lbs.

We’ve started to do more mitt work with partners, its fun and exhausting. Hoping new members come through, it’s a good way to meet people. One of the regulars is moving to NYC, having lunch this week, lets see if things get more interesting. It’ll be fun just to have fun. Made it a point to be more social, life is funner this way.

Going to get in to the tech grind, let see what this database lesson is looking like. I’m already hungry haha

That is another thing…I want to get through this cut, so I don’t have to worry about energy to focus on work, or maybe thats an excuse!

I don’t want to live with excuses anymore, in any areas of my life.

end of day evaluation. pretty good, you got out, you socialized, you did some tech work, room to improve.

tomorrow i’d like to do the same , box socialize breakfast, study outdoors 2 hours, come back for lunch, study again…bout to order some tri tip oooooooooo weee
