Completed the workouts for the week! Feel solid all around body went through strength training.
Opened the week with Chest / tri , legs , back / bi.
Two boxing workouts : 8 and 10 rounds ! Next week you’re on to 12 rounds
Chest: lets go for 45, 10 plates on each side : 155 lbs : 4–6 reps, if you can do 8+ bump to 45, 15 : 165 lbs
Legs: lets go 45, 25, 10 : 205 lbs, if you can do 8+ bump to 225 lbs
Back: lets go 45, 25, 10 : 80 lbs, if 8+ reps bump to 85 lbs
Boxing we going 12 rounds now, mix in burpees, push ups, jumping jacks, bear crawls
After this next week see how you feel if you need a reset, go light and get a massage.
Peak weight 220lbs which was the goal. Goal for next week is 215, you look to be on pace to reach 175 lbs by November.
Could be sooner, but I like having energy to do more things through the day as well, like walk Snoh or hoop / golf etc.
