Had a solid gym session, could have gone longer. But it was a nice tune up.

Continue with the warm up and stretching.

I like the split, so this week you did legs, boxing.

Tomorrow you can do chest or back .

Warm up, stretch, chest: flat, decline, incline, dum-bell , butterfly pull, tri press

with boxing go up 2 rounds each next session until you reach 12 rounds.

6, 8, 10, 12

July 12 you will be doing 12 rounds, and 6 x 5 strength training

July 18 : 12 rounds boxing, 7 X 5 strength training (chasing numbers phase)

  • 219 lb goal weight by July 18
  • August 1 goal weight 214 lb
  • September 2 goal weight 201.5 lb
  • October 1 goal weight 191.5 lb
  • November 1 goal weight 181.5 lb
  • November 10 goal weight 175 lbs!

December goal numbers and maintenance

June 28 : 22 algorithm sessions

July 15 React Pro projects finished

July 30 Algorithm course finished

By End of July, React and Algorithms done, Exercise peak , weight 214 lbs.
