Broke 200, by a lot 196. I just have to continue to stay the course, be discipline, and be aware of aches and tightness to prevent injury.
We have something good to look forward to at the end of next month, a little reunion with the family, vacation away. Going to use it to stay focus for the next 5 weeks. A little prize to look forward to.
Also going to lock into engineering grind these next 5 weeks. Have to stay sharp physically and mentally.
Manny has started training camp, scheduled the fight for 8/21.
By the vacation I’d like to be in the 184–175 range, closer to the 179–175 range. I’d like to finish JS6, get algos and react in.
By the fight 8/21, I’d like to be under 170 making progress to under 11% bf. Finish JS6, Algos, and UI.dev React.
All you have to do is take it one workout at a time, one day of eating healthy at a time.
Big thing to note is I do want to make sure is that when we come back from vacation that I did not lose any progress.
Lets get it, high energy, focus, achieve, have fun, spend time with fam, trust the process…in the end you will be healthy, fit, strong, engineer competitive.
You still have digital marketing as backup.
